Dr. Claus D. Ulmer, Group Data Privacy Officer of Deutsche Telekom Group and lawyer. Since July 2002 he is Group Data Privacy Officer at Deutsche Telekom Group. Since January 2007 he is Senior Vice President of Group Privacy with currently 5 departments and about 60 staff members. Dr. Ulmer is author of several publications and commentaries with regard to data privacy. He has been and is speaker at many conferences and forums. He is lecturer at the Institute of Data Privacy and Information Security in Ulm, Germany.
