Leonhard Fischer studierte Physik an der Friedrich-Alexander Universität Erlangen. Dort beschäftigte er sich mit der Automatisierung und Datenerfassung am Erlanger Teilchenbeschleuniger. Bei T-Systems sammelte er vielfältige Erfahrungen im Bereich Business Intelligence und der Software Entwicklung. Seit Anfang 2013 ist er als Architekt verantwortlich für Hadoop im Rechenzentrum. Im Rahmen dieser Aufgabe verantwortet er die Architektur und Implementierung des Big Data Frameworks bei T-Systems.

It seems to be a part of human nature that people always look for reasons why a project or proposal cannot possibly work. And it is important to find these reasons when something is implemented for the first time. If enough experience is available, then the best approach is to follow the best practice principle.
